Sir,
With reference to the above
Endorsement DoPT has issued OM on 4th June 2019 revising the rate of canteen
allowances to the specified category of employees. This OM is issued consequent
upon the recommendations of the VIIth Central Pay Commission
recommendation. Later the above OM has endorsed by DAE on 15/07/2019. It is
unfortunate state that the BARC has not implemented the above revision till
now.
In the light of above stated position
it is requested to implement the revision of the allowances to the canteen
staff and also pay the arrears due to the employees.
