minimum wages, Bonus, and other facilities for contract labors reg.
Sir,
With reference to above mentioned
circular issued from your office we would like to invite your kind attention
that BARC being the principle employer we have to ensure that the contract labors
are paid the minimum wages and ensure other social security measures such as
provident fund, ESI, Bonus, etc. We recall the discussion held with the
Director BARC that the responsibility of the principle employer to be ensured
so that no bad labor practice is allowed in BARC.
Now
it is understood many contractors are not paying their annual bonus in addition
to other violations of such as not paying the minimum wages etc.
In
the light of above we request you, as a principle employer you may ensure that
all the contract labors are getting bonus before the festival of Diwali.
