Sub: Inordinate delay for approval of 3rd
Cadre Review Proposal.
Respected Sir,
With reference to the above subject we
prefer to invite your kind attention to the following.
1.
The
3rd Cadre Review proposal has initiated in the year 2013 and it is
likely to address the issues of merger of pay scales on implementation of 6th
Pay commission.
2.
In
many cases feeder pay scale and promotion pay scales has got merged and created
an anomalous situation from the year 2009.
3.
It
is also include creation of some posts to provide promotional avenues to the
categories of non-technical & Non- scientific cadre.
4.
In
some cadres no promotional pay scales are available for promotion from 1.1.2006
and the same is being considered in the cadre review.
5.
The
Revision of Recruitment Rule also awaiting the approval of cadre review.
6.
Since
last seven long years we are requesting the employees to wait patiently for a
better deal from the 3rd cadre review.
7.
1st
and 2nd cadre reviews were implemented simultaneously with the
respective pay revision implementation i.e. 5th and 6th
pay commission notionally but the 3rd cadre review, we could not get
through even after implementation of 7th CPC.
Sir, after assumption of charges of Union,
we had met various officials in DAE and
they informed that all the queries are replied
raised by the Ministry of Finance and expecting the final approval in
any day. They were also hopeful in the month of July 2019 it may get the
concurrence from Ministry of Finance.
It’s very unfortunate to state here that
no such outcome has arrived and the employees of BARC/DAE are disturbed. It is
therefore request your good offices to intervene personally to expedite the
subject for an early result.
