Sub: Request to rearrange the Interview scheduled.

Sir,

            With reference to the above subject we may invite your kind attention to the following.

1.      A huge no. of employees including technical staff is on election & counting duty till 25^th Oct 2019.

2.      Later 27^th Oct to 29 Oct is Diwali festival period.

3.      The new timetable of interview of standing selection committee is scheduled from 28^th Oct onwards.

4.      No gazette officers/selection committee members are sent for election duty from BARC.

5.      The employees those who are screened in for promotion required minimum ten days time for preparation of interview in their concerned subject.

In the light of above stated position we have received representations from employees who have likely to relieve from Election Commission of India requested to reschedule the interviews so that they are getting sufficient time for preparation.

 Hence this Union request you to postpone the interviews scheduled in the week starts from 28^th Oct 2019.
