constitution of Norms committee

This reply is given by the Department/TC as an acknowledgment to the letter submitted by the union 11 months back. This is the consequences of our effort to bring the agenda in the present state. After this the Director BARC allowed the present committee to make a presentation in front of the Norms Committee.
