Sir,

With reference to the above subject we may invite your kind attention that, still may Divisions are not complying the instructions of your good officers on approving OD for hospital appointment.

Now Shri Ramesh Sarode T/C, RED, Emp No.19866 is visited BARC hospital for his appointment on 25^th July 2019 and his superior Shri R K Bagul is not ready to sanction his OD because of the absence of written circular. It is there for request you to issue necessary to the concern authority of RED.
