To
The Honorable Secretary,
BARC Employees Co. Credit society
Mumbai.

Ref: Your circular no.: BARC/CS/2615 dt. 31/07/2019
Sub: Annual General Body meeting.

Sir,
We are in receipt of the above referred circular and appreciate the position taken by the society in para. no. 2 “However, through the circular we assure all of our respected members that AGM will be conducted only when the maximum members can attend the AGM and will not be conducted on the date which is inconvenient for the members.” We further appreciate the intention of the society to disburse the dividend well before the commencement of Ganesha festival which begins on 2/9/2019. Disbursement of dividend is consuming less time since we have already adopted online transfer of funds.
As you are aware between 15th to 20th August sizable numbers of employees are already planned to move out the city for short vacation. We also scheduled our working committee meeting of National Federation of Atomic Energy Employees (NFAEE) at Hyderabad on 16th and 17th August.
In the light of above stated situation we appeal you to either pre pone or postpone if you have scheduled the AGM between 15th to 20th of August.

Thanking you

                                                                                                                                Yours faithfully
