Respected sir,

At the outset we the newly elected managing committee of AEWS Union congratulate you on appointing as the Director BARC and we wish all the best in your new endeavour. We would like discuss the following subjects with you.

1.      Persuasion of various subjects pending at DAE such as 3^rd Cadre review, CPF to GPF conversion, Night Duty Allowance, Patient Care Allowance etc.

2.      Issuance of OM No.13/02/2017-Estt.(Pay-I) Dated 27 July, 2017.

3.      Adverse Effect of Rotational Transfer Policy formulated by DAE.

4.      Norm’s revision of Technical and other category of employees including Nurses, Fire staff, Pharmacist etc.

5.      Implementation of risk and hardship allowance for Fire Service Staff.

6.      Track change for Scientific Assistants to Gazetted post without Additional Qualification/Provision of Promotion Avenue after SA/G.

7.      Filling up of vacant posts in various categories including canteen staff etc in BARC.

8.      Filling up of traffic supervisor’s posts/relaxation of norms.

9.      Hardship faced by patients and their relatives at BARC hospital with regard to medicine availability, appointment in various OPDs, shortfall in various facilities etc.

10. Rampant outsourcing at core activities in BARC facilities.
