As we discueesed earlier the meeting
proposed on 12th June 2019 at 2.30.pm the following issues to be
discussed
1. Letter
submitted on filling up the post of Traffic supervisor.
2. Delay
in payment of promotion fixation, LTC claim, Reimbursement of medicine cost
etc.
3. Delay
in implementation of various orders issued from DAE/DOPT such as OM.issued
on24/8/2016, DAE ID. Note 15/1/2015
4. DAE
DC Agenda of 1st November 2008 promotion cases of Technical post
whose posts were merged in the 6th CPC.
5. 71st
DAE DC Action Taken report Sl.No 6 Agenda No.2.5
6. Delay
in issuing CHSS card to the parents who have applied for the same.
7. Implementation
of order 11/4/2017/HRD SR&W/65295/5th April
2019.
8. Modification
of OPD counters of Dental, Medical etc for communicating patients to the PAs
comfortably.
9. Hardship
faced by the patients at sonography Department by the patients
10.Stepping up of pay of senior
employees including Scientific Assistant.
with respect the Juniors wherever the direct recruitment elements
are there.
11.Recovery/refixation of promotion benefit
to various post which has
higher responsibility.
12. Discontunity of breakdown van
service from TMS.
13.PCA payment discontinuation from the
month of may 2019.
14. Outsourcing of Admin. Accounts and
technical staff.
15.Non availability of livery items.
16.Restoration of visiting hours at
Central Complex.
