Sub: Regularizing absence by sanctioning Special Casual Leave.

 Sir,

            With reference to above subject on 2^nd July 2019, the Maharashtra State Government has declared holiday due to heavy rain and dislocation of transport. In BARC majority of the employees have attended the office but some of the employees could not arrive. The DAE as well as BARC allowed staff members to leave office early foreseeing the bad weather condition. However those who could not attend office due to above reason their absence should be regularize by sanctioning special casual leave. It is pertinent to note here that the DAE has already issued circular in this regard.

            We therefore request you to issue circular to sanction special casual leave to regularize the absence of above mentioned employees.
